“He helps me move from one place to another,” Justin shared. “If I fall, he’ll rush to my side, and I can use him to push myself up.”
In 2014, after dating Carol for some time, Justin decided to propose. Choosing a meaningful moment, he popped the question on Veterans Day—with Gabe right there to assist in making the proposal extra special.
Beyond their strong bond, Justin and Gabe also work together to help socialize other service dogs, preparing them for their future roles in assisting people in need. Their teamwork and dedication to this cause make their relationship even more inspiring.
