Birthdays aren’t just special for children—dogs love them too! Bailey, a senior pup, was delighted when his family threw him a celebration for his 13th birthday.
The special day began with a heartwarming photo of Bailey wearing a birthday hat, surrounded by his loved ones. His owner, Katie D’Souza, shared on Facebook, “Happy 13th birthday, BAILEY! He brings us so much joy, and we love him dearly!”
No birthday is complete without a cake, candles, and a heartfelt song. Bailey’s aunt and uncle surprised him with a new toy, and the whole family gathered to sing “Happy Birthday” to him.
As his family sang, Bailey couldn’t hide his excitement. He gazed at his birthday cake, trying his best not to take a bite before the song ended. Once the song was over, his mom asked for a kiss, and he happily obliged.
One of the most magical moments of any birthday is making a wish while blowing out the candles. Since Bailey couldn’t do it himself, Katie helped him by blowing them out for him. If Bailey could have one wish, it would be for the day to last forever.
