This is the story of Judo, a brave dog who endured immense pain after being struck by a car, leaving him with multiple fractures in his leg.
When RRSA India came to his aid, they discovered the extent of his injuries. Dogs that experience severe trauma, such as being hit by a vehicle, often suffer from multiple fractures, making immediate medical attention crucial.
Despite his pain, Judo’s wagging tail was a testament to his resilient spirit. He was taken for a thorough examination, including blood tests and X-rays. While his overall health appeared stable, his leg had suffered several fractures. To prevent infection, the veterinary team provided intravenous fluids, painkillers, and antibiotics, ensuring his condition was stabilized before further treatment.
Judo was then transferred to a specialized veterinary facility equipped with advanced surgical equipment. After careful evaluation, the veterinarians determined that amputation was the best course of action. The risk of infection and poor blood circulation left no viable option to save his leg.
Before surgery, Judo’s leg was carefully wrapped in a bandage to stabilize the fractures and alleviate his pain. Unfortunately, the severity of his injuries meant amputation was the only way to ensure his well-being.
Now, as he recovers from surgery, Judo is on the path to a new beginning. His courage and resilience have shone through, and he truly deserves a second chance at life. With love and care, he will soon find the comfort and happiness he has always longed for.
