This is the story of Alejandro, an elderly homeless man in Mexico who lives on the streets and sells chewing gum to survive. His constant companion is his beloved dog, Sol.
Alejandro earns just enough to buy food for himself and Sol, but one day, tragedy struck when Sol was stolen. With no resources or means to track him down, Alejandro desperately searched for his missing companion.
The local residents, who were familiar with Alejandro and his deep bond with Sol, decided to help him, knowing he had limited resources. It was clear that Alejandro was heartbroken and deeply distressed over the loss of his cherished friend.
A woman named Alejandra Silva, who works at a gas station, shared that there were no known details about the incident. She reached out to rescue organizations, asking for help in finding Sol.
Fortunately, a rescue group stepped in to support Alejandro. They reviewed security footage from the gas station but, unfortunately, found no leads. Determined to locate Sol, they distributed flyers in hopes that someone might recognize and report the missing dog.
There is no new information yet, but we remain hopeful that Sol will be found and reunited with Alejandro soon.
